I am there and here both. So there was an initiative of people who are giving back 50% reward from the users upvotes after the payout. They've done a script to send that payments automatically and a lot of people are using it there now. They just use special tag and special account resteems their posts so people who want to take part in this trail are joining. This is very good for minnows there.
