What are the criteria of a good article? I think it depends on how we see it its content. There articles that I really appreciate its content but its not that catchy to others. So then, how can we judge that the content of a certain article is of good quality?

yup, you have such guidelines with stars that says about the content but my point is, who will decide if that specific article is 1 star only, 2 stars or 3 stars since we have different point of view on judging the content of the article? Hope you got my point. Plagiarized article is VERY easy to identify since there is a fix measurement on it (if it was copied to other article then it is surely plagiarized)
BUT, when it comes to identifying on how many stars a specific article is different situation since we have different judgement if the content is of good quality or not. Maybe you judged it as 3 stars but others may judge it as 1 star only....
Im not sure if you got what i mean.
I also would love to know.
It depends on the preference of the reviewer :)
