Always up for discussion, the only argument I could see is he's getting the SBD right back and could just power it up on another account. But, considering all he wants to do (at least what he has been saying in all the meetings I've attended) is make money, it would seem he would just sell it and get his money out of it.

Well, not necessarily, because we'll have to buy it back somewhere each week ;) As long as there are no other major dumps during the process, the price will remain pretty much where it is at the end of each week.
It would be split over the 13 week powerdown if I'm not mistaken. Not sure if that would be enough to drop the price by selling. Probably though.
It would be nice to know exactly what he wants so we could negotiate but there is no trust at this point.
