Luckily it’s in Europe, if in North America somewhere, I’ll have some issues. Haven’t booked anything except for the flight though. Have to remember booking the fest ticket one of these days.

I see. This conversation actually gave me an idea just now for a post on getting a Schengen visa and the best way to score a long term visa. I've got a new visa for 5 years multi-entry + already existing 1 year multi-entry visa when I applied recently for renewal.
Congrats, that's cool. Since I live here now, I don't need visa any more within Europe, but yea, I recall it was such a headache to get one when I lived in China.
It's great to be living in EU. Visa formalities are a pain! Congrats :D
Living in Asia could be better :) more tasty food 😬
