I saw a post of a dead person with an ax in their cracked open head once and reported it to fb as graphic/violent content. They replied that it was fine. I used the second chance to report to tell them it was a dead person with an ax in their head and then they removed it. I'm sure the person did not look closely enough the first time even though it was very obvious.
