There is at least GBTC now so people can quasi buy bitcoin that way on the stock market.

Coinbase was doing it for dollars, but i dont bank, so,...
Changelly was, too.
You might be able to put money on a prepaid debit card and then put that into crypto.
Or use local bitcoin.
That's an option especially if you are a seller. I think the buyers pay a pretty hefty premium though.
