This is actually key to the next crypto boom, that real estate boom happened because the Chinese don't have a lot of good ways to invest so they buy American real estate, once they are allowed to invest in crypto there will be an explosion in the prices. Consider that steemit.com is only in beta right now, in a few years all the people who are on it now and hold their steem might all become millionaires like the Fed EX drivers who had stock options.

Great point. Foreign Investors have been driving up the Price of Canadian real-estate to unimaginable levels for a few years now as well.
especially in areas like Vancouver, Toronto where the average person can no longer imagine owning anything but a condo. and now Montreal is beginning to rise.
