they should use it to delegate to minnows whatever amount of steem power is needed so they don't get shut out by the bandwidth issue, nothing makes you want to quit like not being able to post. They should use the rest for marketing and to improve the capacity so that we can accommodate the new users. For example right now I can't post because of the bandwidth thing and that is infuriating. I have 4 times the SP as a new account, I know that is still not shit, but I should be able to post without the bandwidth problem. That is basic and something that needs to be addresses, it is neither good as a social media site or as a currency if you are locked out of the system by bandwidth restrictions.
