Really interesting. Would love to learn more! We've actually written a paper recently that proposes an extension of Steem-like content-rewarding features by allowing consumers to use tokens to set bounties for content and others user-generated goods (I.e, free stuff you get online). We propose that the addition of the bounty-setting feature creates economic value by giving consumers a clearer voice in terms of which goods are produced on a platform. Furthermore, it allows both consumers and producers to benefit from a positive value feedback loop between content-rewarding and bounty-setting. We wrote a post on it that you can find on our Steemit channel. We are grateful for the review and feedback of our fellow Steemians!
