You've been extremely unlucky (or maybe lucky)... players have rolled 2 consecutive Gobbos on the same stage before, but I believe this is the first time I've seen 3 in a row. Attack this 3rd Gobbo the same way that you did the others. If you're victorious, you could !gobbodrop again and potentially pick up a different elite item.
