The giveaway prize is a silver round that contains TWO FAT OUNCES of SILVER. The silver round looks identical to an American Silver Eagle. However, it is two ounces, so it is as fat as two American Silver Eagles. The reason I am giving away these TWO FAT OUNCES is because I now have TWO THOUSAND FOLLOWERS. It is one silver round as you see in the pictures. ( The American Silver Eagles in some pictures are not part of the prize ).

I am a silver stacker because I preserve wealth by stacking silver. I know that silver will always possess value. As fiat currencies lose value over time, the silver that I possess will not ever lose value. I don't place value of my silver stack in terms of fiat currency. I value my silver stack based on the number of ounces, period.
WHAT IS A SILVER STACKER
A silver stacker is someone who buys and keeps silver. A silver stacker takes a portion of personal income and purchases silver on some regular basis. The silver is kept safe and is generally called a silver stack. Thus, a silver stacker owns a silver stack.
- The amount of silver is measured in weight, specifically in troy ounces (or Kilos)
- The type of silver is .999 or .9999 pure silver, which is 99.9% silver or 99.99% silver.
- The form of silver is in coins, rounds, or bars
- The source of silver is from Government Mints, Private Mints, or other sources.

I am a SILVER STACKER because of three main reasons!!!
a) To begin with, I learned about silver's incredible value, beauty and history at a really young age as my grandpa's family in Smyrna traded silver during a period that everybody was after gold (1850's). It didn't go well for them initially, but a decade later they were some of the richest traders in all Smyrna. Unfortunately, our family's wealth was lost during the "Great fire of Smyrna."
b) Historically speaking, the Greeks were the first people in history mining silver back in 3000 BC in Anatolia (later known as Byzantium). I am of Greek origin and I love studying the history of my ancestors. The Greeks used tonnes of silver fashioning valuable ornaments, jewelry, and eating utensils. In contrast to the Romans, the ancient Greeks valued and loved silver more than gold.
Furthermore, according to Greek myth, the "Silver Period of Man" as described by the ancient poet Hesiod in his poem Works and Days, following the Golden age and preceding the Bronze Age, was the very best (in my opinion) for men as humans supposedly lived a whole century as children and later youngsters without growing up (they only reached to their late 20's) and then suddenly aged and died overnight, usually peacefully in their sleep. THAT AWESOME silver was to humans according to Greek myth :)
Also the scientific symbol Ag for silver derived from the Greek ἀργός translating to "shiny."
c) Last but not least, I LOVE and VALUE silver more than any other chemical element because I am fascinated by its amazing colour and its amazing DIVERSITY. Most people think of silver just as "money," but if you do some research about it, you will realize that silver is and has been useful to our for centuries now. Even in today's hi-tech world, compounds of silver are used in photographic and X-ray film to improve the quality of the image/picture.

WOW! Just Wow! I came to tell you why I was a stacker and why I am no longer stacking but then I see your generous words. A huge thanks. Really you over did it. I do hope that at some point my working environment will change and allow me to share the lesson I have learned through a very interesting life. I do enjoy the photos as it allows me to show people what they might see if they would only look.
I think I commented at some point that I was not stacking silver because my stack is where it needs to be for now and if I add more PMs It would be gold because you can conceal and travel with a much greater value. There are so many ways for all that is happening to end but none are good. Everyone needs to be flexible and have options. I just might stacking toilet paper because there’s a lot of S@#t heading our way. Again a huge Thank You!

I think it helps the silver stackers display the reasons for their decisions. Some are different reasons so we are learning additional reasons. Also, the non-silver stackers are learning about it.

Stacking silver has been ingrained in me by my father since I was just a little tyke. When I was a child, he gave me a silver dollar dated 1956, the year of my birth. I have cherished it since I was ten years old. It was that simple gift from my father that spurred my interest in silver so many years ago. AND as an adult, opened my eyes to the need of having a way of surviving a cataclysm. Stacking silver is my...just in case...plan.
I have always checked my pocket change for silver coins and my dollar bills for silver certificates.
Fast forward to my adulthood.
Over the past fifty years, I have found countless silver coins and a few silver certificate dollars. I have also bought coin collections from people I know. Not because I wanted to be a collector, but because of the material value should an economic catastrophe take place. I live in the desert southwest and bartering has become a way to "pay" someone with things that I possess for things they have that I need. Like chickens. I have a bunch of chickens. I live in a strawbale house not far from the US-Mexican border. I am always in need of something. I traded ten chickens for my front door to finish off my home.
I joined Steemit to earn "coins" from my writing, poetry, and blog. I hold a small amount of Bitcoin as well. Sometimes I transfer SBD to Bitcoin and Bitcoin to fiat currency just to buy silver. Sometimes I buy gold as well, but SILVER is the way to go because of its fractional value in a SHTF situation.
But it's not just silver coins in my reserve. I have many different forms of silver in the form of cutlery, jewelry, bouillon, serving sets, well you get the point.
When the SHTF, my junk silver coins will be a way to "barter/pay" for the things I need to survive, whether it be food, fuel, ammo, and the list goes on.
I do not disclose how much I have on hand, nor do I show it to my friends. It is mine. My silver is there for my survival. Without it, I would not be able to survive in a SHTF situation. Simply put, I am a silver stacker because...I am and will be!

hopefully the price of silver will stop getting manipulated. MOst of my ounces were bought between 2009 and 2012

I am a silver stacker for several reasons. First, shit is going to hit the fan soon, only fools wouldn't start preparing now! That includes metals that can be traded but also seeds and tools. Second, I started stacking before I even knew it - my aunts/uncles/family/... would give me coins and other silver/gold things as a kid. I never understood why until I started getting into prepping. Glad I kept it locked away all this time! Third, like gold, it's a magical metal with unique properties. @tkappa does a good job explaining this one :)

I am a stacker because my father was a stacker... He taught me about grabbing silver quarters and dimes when I was just a kid, when the President said this:
"Now, all of you know these changes are necessary for a very simple reason--silver is a scarce material. Our uses of silver are growing as our population and our economy grows. The hard fact is that silver consumption is now more than double new silver production each year. So, in the face of this worldwide shortage of silver, and our rapidly growing need for coins, the only really prudent course was to reduce our dependence upon silver for making our coins."
And this: "Some have asked whether our silver coins will disappear. The answer is very definitely-no.
Our present silver coins won't disappear and they won't even become rarities."

I AM A SILVER STACKER BECAUSE: When my grandfather passed away, I wanted his vintage cast iron coin banks to remind me of my childhood. Feeling the weight of silver dollars and other 90% really stuck me of what "real" money felt like. I was bitten HARD by the bug.
To quote one of my favorite podcasts (TSP), silver/gold is a anonymous form of wealth that can be passed between parties, known only two both parties and the fence post.

I love the replies but there is bad news for those thinking silver is going to go anywhere above $18 in the next decade. Scotiabank got slammed like Bears Sterns but JP Morgan jumped in and took over their shorts.
The good news, in my opinion, is that the price isn't going anywhere.
As long as JP Morgan is allowed to short it, silver is stuck around $17.

I am a silver stacker because, it is positively, absolutely, no question, the most interesting and fascinating way to invest your hard earned fiat dollars! Until cryptos came along, all investing besides gold and silver were very boring to me. Even when I was day trading 20 years ago, in my free time, it was still kinda boring! Then along came gold and silver with a world of possibilities, bars, coins, bullion, hand pours, jewelry, dinnerware, nuggets, all so cool!
Gold and Silver are available in many forms to keep it interesting. Some may say that paying a premium for jewelry or cool designs are a waste, but I agree that it is important to remain interesting.

I am a silver stacker because I hate my 401K plan at my work! I tried pulling money out for my wife’s surgery because I’m going to be off work for a while and it is like trying to break into Fort Knox! So I told them to stop taking anything out of my paycheck’s and I would let what I have in it set. Now I take a percentage of my check each payday usually around $200 and buy all silver. I have safety deposit boxes at my bank that I store it in. I will eventually have to move over to gold to save room but I can handle that! And that is why I stack silver!

I am a silver stacker because when I found out about bitcoin and started stacking crypto that made me think of my future. I started looking into other things that can help me keep my money mine and that’s when I found silver. so stacking silver has been one of the best ways I found to store your value and be financially stable. I want to keep my money and silver is a fun and awesome way to do that, I just wish I realized this sooner. I am new to stacking but most of my extra money now goes to silver.

I am not a silver stacker because I have never been able to afford it. When I was young and had money, I had other things on my mind. And since having kids, I have no extra income for anything.
However, I would like to be a silver stacker. For all the reasons you list. I think silver keeps its value while fiat falls. Also, I just think coins are cool. When I was a kid I collected US coins. I had some IKE dollars which I just thought were the coolest things ever. Always had my eyes on buying some eagles, but could never win any of the ebay auctions I found for them.
Hey, we feel your want and desire. Look for reasons to buy your first generic round, if possible. Cut out something that is not needed, hold a garage sale, think of a way. Then hold that first silver coin in your pocket wherever you go to remind yourself of this goal to buy the next ounce of silver.......Then your have the fever................Good luck

I am not a silver stacker (yet) because I've been homeless (intentionally, while traveling) for a few years. Living out of a backpack isn't conducive to silver stacking :) Now that I'm settling down, I'm interested in diversifying my wealth from fiat to something valuable.
Definitely diversify and include precious metals.

I am not a silver stacker because I only recently woke-up to see how fragile our financial system is, and how possible it is that we will see the SHTF during my lifetime. I will become a silver stacker because I worry about the safety of my family, and am willing to do whatever is necessary to keep them safe and cared for.

Honestly I was out of the U.S. for nearly 7 years and didn't really pay much attention to what was going on here as I had no intention of returning. Well, time passes and the universe spins you 'round and here I am, back in the U.S. of A. I have been reading the comments and getting some great ideas/feedback. I'm also planning on picking the brain of some friends on Discord to get their ideas. Fortunately we do have some gold stacked, but that's back in Thailand and if the SHTF too quickly we may not get back to it, so it's time to make contingencies here.

I am a silver stacker for several reasons. The first and more important is that silver in not a fiat money. The second is that my pockets are not deep enough to be a gold stacker. The third is that before being a silver stacker I was a silver collector due to the amazing beauty of several silver coins. The fourth is that since my childhood I loved the word silver, maybe because of The Lone Ranger (only older generation will recognize him). There are other reasons, but this is not a college dissertation.

I AM NOT A SILVER STACKER BECAUSE I've never actually invested in precious metals, but I believe that all of you who are investing in them, are making a smart move, so keep on buying precious metals, such as, Silver and Gold! :)

I am a Silver Stacker for insurance and I like silver. Cash is trash, but it is the means we use to trade for now. When the USD fails, I will have something of value to trade with. Now whether that occurs in my lifetime is yet to be seen, thus it is insurance that will appreciate in value against all fiat.

I am a silver stacker because I like the idea of being able to hold real money in my had and not have to rely on a fiat dollar that is absolutely worthless. I like the fact that it is a placeholder/investment that will grow overtime. Back several hundred or even thousand years ago, was paper money a big deal? No, they used silver and gold to buy and sell.

I haven't put much effort into researching the past performance of silver value to determine if it is the type of investment for me. I like high risk high reward investments and silver seems more of a stability investment. What are your thoughts?

However, it is Not high risk high reward,which is often fake and fraud, pump and dump.
Silver is stable and real. When you gain that high reward, invest in some gold and silver for true stable wealth, for your future generations.
