RE: WHAT THE F*CK IS DTUBE FOR?

Hi @nathanmars thanks a lot for your feedback.

I personally don't like to compare creative journeys to the approach taken by worldwide corporations or superstar sports players. First ones take sociopathic approaches to manipulate the consumers, and the latter ones I can't consider creatives either.

Picasso was the same Picasso everywhere in the world, same as Dalí, Miró, Daft Punk, Aphex Twin, or Jimi Hendrix. They were trend setters because they broke the box their discipline was in, and started creating art that they believed in, themselves. They didn't adapt, they made everyone else adapt to them as creative leaders. Then all.the creative followers adapted and copied them for profit.

In my opinion there are two kinds of creators, those who create what the people want to consume (who normally end up being just another ordinary creator based on an economic agenda) and those ones who create what they want in the way they want (creative leaders who breakthrough and push forward the creative arts).

My question was if there's place for the second ones to succeed on DTube, and on the steem blockchain itself.

If you're passionate about something then keep doing what you love doing

This I totally agree in order to be a distinct creative leader.

Always Always adopt your style to suit the audience.

This counteracts with the previous statement and only forms creative followers who never lead (in my humble opinion).

Cheers

Thank you so much for explaining your point of view and I appreciate everything you do.

Just think about all the tools that you used for your creative journey is made from one of the giant corporations. Of you you put your own imagination and passion to your very own creativity.
