RE: Response To @papa-pepper Post About Haejin Reward Pool Rape “OPEN LETTER TO STEEMIT INC., THE WITNESSES, AND THE WHALES"

in #steem7 years ago

Tell me about it. Haejin was complaining about a poster having two blogs nearly identical and having a $15 payout. I stumbled across the thread and although I dont agree with duplicate posts, I found it funny because he himself had several BTC TA charts that were essentially the same and of course upvoted for thousands by his two friends so I brought that up. There goes 40 rep like that

This is the second time I need to work my rep back up because of him. The first time was when I disagreed with his promoting for bitconnect. He made more money on that scam coin post then most people make in a month on here, and he couldnt have been more wrong, from $400 recommended to a few dollars. So he is rewarded for terrible advice, time and time again, and the people thought got it right get payouts declined and reps ruined.

He doesn't even try to hide the fact he is scamming because he knows no one will do anything about it. he will post a 20minute video and his two friends will upvote him almost instantly.

I do not agree with limiting post counts.

There are a few things that should be looked at

  1. They really need to rework rewards so it gets exponentially more difficult to earn beyond certain $ amounts

  2. Time limit on amount of flagging so it cannot be spammed over 20 posts within a minute - He has done this twice to me already

  3. An individuals contribution to other individual rewards to prevent this circle jerk he has going on with his two friends/alt accounts. You can not contribute say more than 25% of your votes to a single account and that cannot make more than % of the bloggers payout.

Besides his two friends he is only making $15-50 a post, which even though I do not care for his TA, seems reasonable for the time and effort he puts in. So if he only had $40 payout coming up - his friend ranchos vote would only end up giving him $10 instead of $100.
