Yeah! I think steemit and poloniex are having some issues reagarding their contract or something and they're not giving the dates also. Everytime you see a notice will be blinked that under maintaince !!

I was seeking to find out if anyone else knew - e.g. a witness.
How about posting your question to @sc-steemit, who replied somewhere in this thread - perhaps they could help.
But there is still the option of just selling any of the problem alt-coins on poloniex such as STEEM for bitcoin, and just transferring that out to another exchange such as bittrex.
