Oh bravo, cryptogee! This had to be said. Sure, you will and have been getting flak. But the world is full of those who feel entitled and it's a mess. Yeah, just for showing up you deserve something. Not in my book. You reap what you sow. I am raising my own children to expect nothing just for existing. No one is entitled to anything in life. Sorry, but that's how it is. So glad to read this glorious post. I salute you, @infovore, and everyone else here who spends more time trying to better themselves than complaining about how life isn't fair. Bring something to the table, but for God's sake never stop improving.
