No matter what the system, there will always be people who abuse it. That's just human nature. I only know Steemit post-HF19, so I don't have a frame of reference for what the community was like beforehand. But when I see whales fighting amongst each other, it's really discouraging for a minnow like myself who is trying to grow and bring new people on here. I feel like I finally just figured the game out and now you all want to change the rules after you all benefited from the system. That is way more frustrating to me than any sort of voting abuse. And yes, I am going to self-vote this comment w/the little VP that I have so it gets seen.
