A worker should know if they put in an amazing effort that they will be properly rewarded.
But that’s not always the case right?
Like someone mentioned earlier on this post, there are tones of people making tutorials or any kinds of videos online but nobody cares, because there’s no commercial value (or marketing efforts, or whatever, you know what i mean).
I wonder if steem could have niche: to better reward people putting in great effort. Changing to the linear rewards was supposed to do that but it apparently failed.
