You can't just think Facebook anymore steem is not just steemit. There is also dtube, so think about replacing Facebook + YouTube all with the same entity. What would that market cap be? Oh yeah then SMTs are coming so replace all comment sections on every website ever, see ya later discuss, mix all that in too. SoundCloud? Forget it, a steem replacement for that will come too.

Great point, but we must also count all new generation social media projects that will come to the market and take a part of it, plus it is expected for all these first-generation companies like Facebook to change and adapt, so this way they will keep one part of their users... So let's say 100B in next 2 years would be optimal for Steemit :)

Well you will change your tune (if) when Facebook implements an SMT to monetize their own comment section. ;)
