Today I was comparing the returns of my two delegatees, Magicdice and Tipu. I used the following website:
I captured in the mask the two names "kenjidois" and "balte", a guy who delegates steem power to many different delegatees. It turned out that Magicdice generated a much higher annual return to its delegators than Tipu. I was wondering why Magicdice generated a ten time higher return for me than Tipu does. Magicdice is a casino and they reward their gamblers by upvoting their posts. However, not every gambler will receive an upvote from Magicdice. Magicdice claims that the more a gambler gambles the higher is the probability that a gambler receives an upvote. Therefore, Magicdice can effort to spend all its steem power to upvote its gambler's posts. Besides, a delegator receives MAGIC tokens for delegating steem power to Magicdice. A share of the profits which Magicdice generates will be distributed to the MAGIC token holders. Tipu is an upvote service. This means that users who has written an outstanding post can pay steem or steem backed dollars to such a service to receive upvotes on their post in return. Tipu's delegators receive 100% of the sent steem or steem backed dollars. Of course these returns can change in the future. I hope that I could help you by writing this post.
Please note that even posts which are older than 7 days can be upvoted by using following website on Steemit:
