Mr Jojnny has some good points. However there is not even one social media platform out there, which would solve problems he highlighted.
Naturally new content creators will struggle. and it's not only related to content discovery. It's mostly because users usually do not care about content done by users they do not recognize.
Newcommers need to put loads of work and effort into building engagement. Otherwise they will always fail. Simple as that. To many people expect that quality content is enough. And it's not. Would you care about investing 10-15min to read quality post of someone you dont know versus quality content of someone who has been proven to be worth your time?
