HOW TO GET STEEM:
A: Actually mine it with computers
Are your writing skills on par with that of a legless dog? Get your computer to do the work!

B: Make a bot that shitposts
If bot's like @wang have taught me anything.. It's that neckbeards are rewarded with LOOT.
Learn a programming language, make a program that posts on steemit and make millions.
C: Tongue the STEEM Whale's balls
Steal a post that rubs the STEEM whales balls right so they cum hawt STEEM all over you.
While the most elusive of all the ways to make STEEM, it seems the highest yields.
You basically need tits, "mad street cred" or some sort of cult following to achieve this.
Very funny! Option one seems the most legit option two is unethical but id still consider it. Dont want to lick any whale balls so I'll just have to remain broke until I investigate further about options 1 and 2. Funny post man!

I've tried cpu mining using windows but I couldn't keep my computer running long enough to hit any POW. And, there's no pool mining for steem, only solo mining. You can check @tuck-fheman 's post on Windows mining.

You can only mine with CPUs, and I haven't tried it.. I am not sure how profitable it is at the moment. I tried looking for that data, but there is none that I could fine.
I haven't tried yet personally so can't advise properly on that matter
