Looking for developers to built an app onto of steem

I would like to built a bounty app on-top of steem and need some developers to do so.

Is there a good channel to go to, are there any companies that have developers that know how steem works?

Would be very appreciative of any hints and references

It would be great to get a few devs together to build a Facebook clone on top of Steemit.

One solution would be to use the Steemit API to build a WordPress plugin that links BuddyPress or Ultimate Member actions to the Steemit blockchain.

Bounty app, like as in paying someone for a service? It would be pretty cool if there was such an app build into the Steem blockchian to trade services.
