That's my problem as I said in my comment. If I start flagging people posting shit content or comments what will stop them from flagging my good posts I actually spend time making?

You seem to be forgetting, he pointed our very strongly that he is against flagging and it is communist censorship.

why would he he could lose reputation then :D the system here is flawed, you can spam wallets and scam people, no problem nothing to be done, you can abuse funds and buy in the pot, you can buy other people off with votes, truly a great capitalist place, luckily not everyone has that mentality so this happens rarely, but it never seems to go away as well ...
