==> Sweet Peanuts <==
Ingredients
150 gr Peanuts
60 gr Sugar combed
1 sphere of Java Javanese marbles
12 cayenne pepper
Secubit small Terasi bakar (do not many)
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
50 ml Water
Step
Fry peanuts until done. Mine on the roaster aja. Chill.
Blend cayenne pepper, sugar, salt and shrimp paste.
Add tamarind and brown sugar. Puree back.
Set aside briefly.
Watercress on a skillet with medium heat. Cook until boiling.
After starting to boil reduce the heat. Enter the spice finely. Cook until the caramel / water content runs out.
After the caramel thick, the flavor correction. Turn off the fire.
Enter fried / roasted peanuts.
Stir quickly evenly.
Should pack the plastic unit when it's getting warm or in cetakin small round pake-spoon let me eat easily. Then let until the heat is gone.
