I do not have an "in" at Binance but I am relatively well connected in the crypto world and will see if I can get in contact with anyone at Binance. That being said, I think that they will be fairly strict that the coin will have to be voted in.
I haven't been in too much contact with any whales as I am still quite new to the platform, but I think if we could get a few people with the combined power of a whale that could work. Either way I'll keep an eye out!
