There will still be advantage and disadvantage, there may even be inequality.
I look at the vast array of varied human ambition and realize there will always be differences between individuals and groups. We can fight this or embrace it and do our best to increase well-being across the board. Our different desires is what allows us to specialize and become experts in our favorite fields. Our differences should be celebrated, IMO. I'm perfectly okay with being "unequal" as long as we're all improving the lives of those around us to create the world we want to live in.
People are often embarrassed of their own self-interest.
