✍💭 Thought For The Day #24: Appreciating Your Health💭✍

Your health, both physical and mental is all we truly have. We can often take them from granted until we lose them, becoming physically or mentally ill. It is important to take actions to sustain health instead of trying to cure them when we eventually lose them. There is an appreciation for health when we are unhealthy, I am going to try and be appreciative of my health when I have it as well. Pursuing health as a no. 1 priority instead of a lower order necessity.
