Steemit Inc controls the network now and has pushed out most of us who have any voice and opinion that contradicts Ned. There is no longer dialogue and y'all expect the DAPP developers to just pay for the new users lol! You really believe that is going to happen? Good luck! RC is a scam and will diminish STEEM to pennies if not 0 soon unless things are fixed.
It's not a scam and that is not its purpose. RC is wonderful concept but for the time being the price of RC should be lowered still if it is too scarce for new users to interact at a normal human level.
You can't punish the people who make dapps and the plankton who are new members to subsidize the rich owners... That is just insanity and no one will continue to develop new dapps here.There is no reason to. The old system as you do not understand had bandwidth. That was basically free if you had SP.
Bandwidth wasn't free (or non-scarce). SP was never free. I remember very well some users with little 5-15 SP having bandwidth problems 9-10 months ago when there was a lot of traffic on Steem.
That was a way to store information on the blockchain for your dapp.. NOW that costs RC too. So we might as well just pay ether gas and be more decentralized at this point.. The agreement WAS we had 21 witnesses at the top and got free bandwidth relative to our stake. NOW we are told pay for our new members to join AND our gas tax... That makes sense to you how?? You must have went to harvard for economics because you talk like the federal reserve and wall street banks we fought and still are fighting so hard to break free from!
But you have RC proportional to your stake right now. RC represents bandwidth!

Yeah because the title of my post only said HF20 fucks us but you didn't know I was talking about HF20 and the Botched upgrade and all the bullshit caused by it.. Sounds good! Maybe take a chance to read the title of the post you are replying to? Might help to know what the person is talking about...
