Have you always been worried about how to preview your text after adding your markdown code, that is styling your post.
From research it has been quite known to me that most people don't really know how to make proper use of the mark down styling code, why some have been looking for a way to preview their mark down styling code without having to run a test on how each mark down works of which may ruin their reputation in the process of trial and error.
I will say congratulations for stumbling on this post, I will be explaining how you can use streemian in styling and previewing your post. Streemian is the only platform where you can preview your post and correct your markdown errors easily without having effects on your steemit dashboard.
With streemian you can run alot of test on your mark down post styling before final posting to your steemit dashboard.
Below is how to use streemian in writing and previewing your post.
the first step is to have a streemian account, by going to www.streemian.com to sign up, after registration.
the second step is to verify your steemit account by sending 0.001 SBD to streemian to verify your steemit username. If you are an existing user of streemian then step one and step two is not for you.
for the third step is click services on the streemian home page scroll down to scheduled post you will see;
post release date; put a day ahead to avoid auto posting when you are still testing and reviewing.
Post title; fill it up with whatever is necessary
message; this is where you place your text and your markdown styling.
Tag; use any tag or use relevant tag if you plan to post from streemian by scheduling time and date for release.
*Note*
before clicking the scheduled the post button make sure you set the post release date and time to a more convenient date and time, in which you can make alot of changes before you copy the full text on steemit for posting or readjust the release date to auto post to steemit.
After posting you edit by hitting the edit button, which is the small pencil icon under your title, while the preview button is the eye icon.
For those that still don't know how to reference a post they copy from their original source, below is a perfect example in which I have referenced all the text I copied from streemian by wrapping them up in a link that point to their original source. I did this for some contents under; "fanbase service, curation trail, RSS feeds and ping contents".
Other uses of streemian services include;
Fanbase service; where you can follow great authors based on who you like.
"A leader gathers fans that support his posts with an upvote. Together, the leader and the fans form a fanbase.
Here you can follow a leader and become a fan. These clubs let people do good on Steem and earn from the support of their fans. Whenever a leader posts a new article on Steem, you can be among the first to show support as a fan!"
Curation trail; where you can follow other curators like @curie in upvoting post even when you are offline.
''Here, you can use your account to help curate valuable content on Steem. By joinng a trail, you can support your favorite curators as a follower/trailer that helps raise awareness for this content.
Every curation trail constitues a curator that leads his own trail by voting on the STEEM blockchain. How these curators are trailing, is entirely up to them and they compete on doing a better job than others. This will also influence potential rewards of the trail."
Syndication posts; to automate post either from your blog or from your Reddit account.
Guild; to submit post mostly use by curators when they find exceptional contents.
Ping; for notifications either on contents, monetary and account notifications.
"This service allows you to get pinged on various events on the blockchain. Keep up with everything that happens with your account."
