My Steem Account is Worth $134,927,020,931.45?!?

A glitch of some sort has affected the estimated account value variable across the Steem ecosystem it seems, i thought it was just isolated to the Steemit platform but it seems that SteemPeak also has the same glitch.

Glitches still seem to be affecting the Steem blockchain even after all these years though thankfully none have proved to be much of a problem, i am however curious as to what would cause such a glitch and as i am very inexperienced as a programmer i would not know where to begin when fixing such a bug.
