Yes, but this is censorship. There was nothing offensive in that comments, just normal discusion.

Hiding downvoted posts is how spam is filtered here.
Censorship only applies when a central authority decides about it. Downvotes can be issued by anyone, and if you disagree vote it up to make it visible again.
The comment in question has 1 up- and 2 downvotes, all with low SteemPower. So one or two upvotes are enough to unhide.
Could you please show me where i can upvote downoted post ( hint: i didnt mean linouxis comment, some are hidden/removed). If someone come and read that he receive false information.
"Decentralized" censorship is also censorship.
You have to expand the post to vote on it. Click on the [+].
Downvoted posts aren't deleted, just collapsed. If you want to call hiding unwanted posts, decided by the community, censorship, go for it. I for my part am glad that we as a community have the ability to filter what's visible on the site. This is a social network, not a spam pit.
