Great to see you post! Definitely seems that something is brewing in the market. What I see positive is that buyers seem to be selecting some assets over others as if the real quality assets available are outperforming those that are still in development. This is the way it should be in my opinion so that is great. This also is a great time to diversify in order to ensure you can have options in different assets.
I couldn't agree more. It's what I'm seeing too, and it's what I was hoping to see (and am hoping to see more of the same in the future). Sooner or later the quality assets need to get their due, and it looks like that's starting to happen. It's a process that should feed on itself as momentum grows . . . but that's still probably a ways away.
