I promote businesses, too. However, I do not guerrilla market the concept by first projecting myself as the custodian of clean Images & scare tactics. Say's Law. Creating demand via FUD that would be supplied by me.
Our conversation began with your inquisitorial question on whether I had permission to use images that you identified. Taking this line of marketing, I would ethically probe in this manner:
Do you have permission for this image or whatever question deemed appropriate with
I offer an image sharing, stock photo sharing service......
or something on those lines.
