We need to instill a culture of de-escalation of conflict in this platform, and for that it will be needed a change of attitude of the big flagging boys because they are showing a bad example to idiots like Littleboy and the likes.

But this seems to be the direction the current management of this place wants to take, and sadly the message needs to pass up there first.

If the Stake holders that actually matter for decisions would pronounce about it i am sure this kind of situations could be avoided.
