Ive got the SHIFT VISA card, I can just convert sbd to BTC and spend straight from my coinbase account. It MUST become easier to recieve mainstream attention.

yes, but setting up a coinbase account is not as simple as getting a bitpay card. steemit makes it so easy to buy steem power, they should make it just as easy to send steem dollars to btc, so ther is no need to leave steemit and go to blocktrades
Something needs to be developed to where I dont even realize that my sbd is being converted to btc or usd, that I just use my card and I see my steemdollar balance go down.
i think a wiseman once said that for bitcoin to go mainstream, the public will use bitcoin and not even realize they are using bitcoin. ;)
