One thing that might help is to stop demonizing people who speak out about corruption on the platform. I've been called a sociopath, psychopath and seen other's called assassins and witch hunters all coming from some of the most powerful people on the platform. I have brought some new users here recently and they are very unimpressed with what they have seen in the last month.
