RE: The rational and moral justifications for self upvoting - Why I upvote my own posts and encourage most people to do so (within reason)

in #steem7 years ago

I dont understand why would anyone start asking you such questions.you have worked your ass to be here ,people only know to make talks out of it.
It takes time to make content hours of work or even takes a day to prepare a content .it quite obvious a person will love his own content over others and has a full right to like his own content .What you are now is all your hardwork and persistence gaining more and more attention of hundreds of people day by day.
In my opinion it is so right to upvote your own content ...it is no reward pool raping .

Even if I do not believe in the "labor theory of value", I do understand that if you're in a position to give yourself a "minimum wage" using the rules of the system then why wouldn't you? If you upvote yourself then in most cases that is what you're doing. I have no problem with this behavior at all.

I do think if a person is just abusing it, posting other people's content, posting low quality content, then yeah complain about it.

Completely agree with that ,it is basically the people filled with whole shit of negativity ,they are just here to share the negative energy .
Isnt it right that the person who creates his original content ...isnt it obvious that person will love his own content ,then why would he create the content in the very first place..
It is even allowed in the parliament to vote for yourself..
Anyways why to waste energy talking about the people who dont even exist for us...
