RE: The Old Dog Gets a Surprise: I Was Happy to See This Advertising!

Of course this is good news. I hope that Steem Inc can push the fix on not only the onboarding issues, but the bandwidth issues as well. I just invited 3 people over and had to delegate them SP just to avoid the bandwidth issues. Thanks always for sharing these positive Steemit tidbits!

Have you read the latest update and Road Map from @steemitblog? Strangely the band width problem was not mentioned at all and there is quite a conversation going on over there regarding it.

Yes I read it all. Let me just say it is hard enough to get people to try here. Then the wait for approval. Then once they do start, they are almost immediately limited by the bandwidth when they just begin to explore the site...Its maddening and a bit embarrassing TBH. There fore I have decided to delegate right off the bat with the people I bring over. 50 SP does the trick. They need to fix that ASAP because it looks bad on the platform.

Thanks for this info. I read about it here and there but haven’t ever experienced it.

I once had an issue with bandwidth, but the moment I made a blog to complain, and did that too on fb in a steemit group, I never had any problems again. But I now a young promising steemian who has a lot of problems, as well in his personal life as with the bandwidth, and he has a lot to say, and is very Steemit minded, because he sees it as a chance to come out of his finacial situation. But he can not make more than 2 bloggs or videos, and three comments, and then his bandwidth is finished. >T>he horrible thing that happens then is that the conversation goes on on FB. Not good at all I think. Solve that problem. Must be easy enough to see if someone is an active member in some way? We do not need people that only say, I follow you vote for me.
