LOL I was wondering about that. I looked that container up and down a few times and just ended with... "eh... white people... they cook with strange things" lmaaaooo

Lmfao love it
I have heard those words before 😅
I am pretty certain it’s correct, white person mash I call it. Every culture taken unrefined and served lmao that why I like authentic dishes so much. I cook my own version of mash though 😝

Lol you can credit the Ahousaht Indians lmao it’s where I first herd it when looking at a dish I didn’t recognize, the chief told me “that ain’t no white person mash, we eat real food on reserve” still have no idea what it was but it tasted damn good 😝 I was young and had already mimicked his accent a few times while speaking with him so he was giving me a jab back in good fun 😝

Just to clarify - the chief or the chef told you??!
