I'm going to inform all of you about my unsuccessful experience in this regard.
I was quite happy to get the message STEEM IS NOW ON BINANCE! LEARN HOW TO GET STEEM ON BINANCE TODAY! .
Unfortunately it was a trap for me: my few STEEM Dollars left my steem wallet in this transaction and not arrived in binance deposit.
Here the replay from binance support to the issue I opened there:
Hello,
I forwarded your inquiry to our technical team. The team will retrieve and credit your funds, however, due to a backlog > of requests, this could take up to a week to complete. They will update you about any progress on your request.
Thank you for your patience,
Regards,
Binance Team
I'll inform you on any update.
Did you ever get your refund? I just sent Steem to my binance account and it never showed up. 113 Steem for a total. I'm a bit worried. I did e-mail Binance about the situation.
No, I haven't.

I suppose it can be expected with any new implementation. I am glad that Binance has gotten around to putting STEEM pairs on though, as I tend to like the exchange.
I was of same opinion until yesterday.
But there are opposite opinions regarding binance also:
At the moment, I recommend holding your Steem. It's going to see a strong recovery over the next few days and weeks - just my opinion.
@xsid i am not sure if you are aware of the current developments but
millions of credit cards are now useless as the Canadian WestCrest bank pulled
the plug on all visa and mastercards. Also countries incl the EU are looking
to heavily regulate crypto or to outright ban it.
There is an increasing amount of money that
the TAX never sees because of how we transfer our income from Crypto.
There is to much criminality going on in it and governments want to
take control of this.
You can already see actions by banks banning cypto or the conversion
from crypto to fiat.
And on a platform were of the developers
don't even care do stabilize it in terms flaggings and such.
I wouldn't be that confident if i were you.
Right now there was a huge amount money lost
again. Not sure if it was BTC or another coin but it's
one of the reasons that BTC crashed back to 6k.
i would advice everyone atm to be safe and
think twice before putting all your savings in crypto
There is a heavy thunderstorm coming our way !
How many steem dollars will binance be charging to make a withdrawl is what I'm wondering.
