I have not had any contact with APPICs - did you meet them at SteemFest?
Instagram type apps are not really my cup of tea - but I believe Steem needs to keep an open door to all comers.

I am most active on Instagram 🙂
My daughters use it - but I don't have mobile phone access where I live so I am not much of a phone app user.
Do you think you will try APPICS?

I have met some of them, but I don't think I'm cool enough to hang out with them :) I just think Steem is desperate for users and this is an option. We don't want to scare them away.
