Are the Weiss links you have included the correct ones? They go to the Coins by Market Cap rankings and Steem isn't in the top 10 there!

I believe Steem did briefly make it in the top 10 on the Coins by Rating page...

But now they slipped to #11 last night after Tezos moved back up.

    Yes they are the correct ones. You just have to sort by rating instead of market cap. Steem was on the first page, tied for 7th overall as of an hour ago.
