Forgive my ignorance as noob, but regarding the 27 non-functional witnesses will they eventually just be pushed out of the top 100 witness list as new witnesses are voted up above them? So it will just sort itself out in time? Or does anything need to be done pro-actively about them?
If others recieve more weighted votes than them, they do drop off. The only ones who can be proactive are the ones who vote for the dead ones unfortunately
