I agree. I am new here (also ...a dude, dude. LOL), but already I had one post go high enough I was able to sell some Steem Dollars which will be paying my overdue electric bill. If I could regularly pay that bill? Pay for cat food? Save up for my tiny house? Danu's breath, man, that is lifechanging. So much potential.

That is awesome that you got that electric bill taken care of from Steemit. Stories like that are what is going to attract people here.
I think that needs to be written about.
I was planning on writing about it, once it was done. And no worries, I get both genders all the time.
You should...it is part of what motivates and inspires.
Plus it is good for people to know their upvotes are really having an impact.
