Per se you can't really say that because their are so many other factors that need to be considered! But it is a good sign since their will be more trading-volume and a listing is always a sign of trust too (when it happens on one of the top exchanges).
Despite this news I think Steem will increase his value anyway! Just look at the awesome community we got here!
i think in long term it will go up a few cents but Steem could be traded like TRX in a Pump and Dump sheme. So you never know how a coin is going to envolve in long term views.
