Each brilliant Steem post whether self-referential or general level, has the ability to bring external eyes onto Steem, but only if external eyes get to see it.

So, imo, a great dose of variety & diversity is the main keypoint here. :)
variety and diversity can only ever be supported by a group with diverse interests and the capabilities and resources to support. A garden needs to be tended with more than praise :)
