Great read! I believe in the community....I still struggle to get people to even view my content. I am learning along the way what may work or what may not....I know my content have value but how does one get people to notice the content? Not sure i think most of us are learning this reality. I guess getting people with high SP to upvote is the key to create visibility, and so I will continue on learning, growing, being grateful, and believing......Much love❤

So when you up vote, do you have to reply?
No, you don't have to do anything. Today, I've been replying more than upvoting because I messed up and blew through too much SP out of ignorance of how the system worked. Lesson learned. But actually, I've been making some Steem friends, finding people to follow, and getting followed by focusing on replies, so I'm discovering how valuable that is. i.e. your comments can add value to a post and often, authors really appreciate feedback.
I almost always reply to comments on my own posts. That's mostly because I really appreciate anybody who is engaged enough to leave a useful comment.
I was up voting so much I got below 30%. I'm trying to get it back up to 100% now
In sales/marketing there is the axiom that it takes 7 contacts for a person to remember you. Using that, it is going to take some time to get on people's radar.
Looking at your account, I would suggest you commenting more. I see you only have 201 posts which is articles and comments combined. Cast a wide net as they say...start doing a lot more commenting in different people's posts and over time, they will get to know you.
We encountered each other in the STEEM post by @haejin. Do more of that and you will start to get followers.
Yes i remember you.....thanks!!! I will continue to comment more and more....I just recently started getting involved in commenting and consistently voting.....Thanks!!
