Perhaps you can't call it anarchy, but in my mind it's the closest we've managed in setting up a true anarchistic system. The DAO tried, but without human emotion, it won't succeed in that; something else perhaps...
The ultimate connection with anarchy is that, the pre-mine allowed the distribution of coin via the website, in a meaningful way, without heavily biasing the most powerful.
It may feel like they have lots of power, however their power is locked into the system, this gives us a closer model to anarchocapitalism, whereby the market truly is free.
