You really don't have to be this close-minded. Not saying anything for the other whales you mentioned there, but if you follow Curie votes--and I dont suppose you do--you'll notice that Curie really does vote exceptional contents. Of course they miss some--its impossible to get all--but if you do agree that the contents being voted upon are great contents that adds value to the blockchain, then you really shouldn't be angered that their votes is having an effect on your vote. Like geekgirl said, that's how the system works. The only cause for chagrin that I might see is if the whale votes are going to crappy contents. I can assure you, Curie's votes aren't. I have never gotten a Curie vote and I am a curator. But I understand most of my posts are somewhat religious, and there are guidelines for a reason; doesn't make what Curie does any less awesome.

I know curie cleaned up their act a little, they no longer vote themselves 1000's on crap posts to pay their wages, that i know of, but they still take from my rewards to reward folks i have no interest in rewarding.
This is how the math works.

I stay out of the discord and dont flag the posts because it is futile, the true beliebers, such as yourself and @geekgirl, would rather believe your false reality than deal with the facts, it is a waste of my time.
