once the power down is started you will receive it in 104 weekly increments. So, to answer your question; no, you can't chose to withdraw daily, only weekly and you can't chose how much, only 1/104 from how much SP you currently have. Notice that even when powered down your SP will get interest but maybe not as much depending on a sum of factors. Choose wisely :)
